Every practitioner on Wellsthetiq sets their own cancellation policy. Before you book, you'll see clearly how much notice is required to cancel.

Cancellation windows

24 hours noticeCancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
48 hours noticeCancel more than 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
72 hours noticeCancel more than 72 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
No cancellationsThis booking cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

If you cancel within the required window, your deposit or full payment may not be refunded at the practitioner's discretion.

How to cancel

Log in to your account, go to My Bookings, and click Cancel on the relevant booking — if cancellation is still permitted.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
