By using Wellsthetiq you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Wellsthetiq is a marketplace that connects customers with independent beauty and wellness professionals. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the treatment contract between customer and supplier.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
When you book a treatment, you enter into a direct agreement with the supplier. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Wellsthetiq takes a commission on each transaction as disclosed at checkout.
Each supplier sets their own cancellation policy, which is displayed on their profile before you book. Wellsthetiq is not responsible for refunds in excess of the supplier's stated policy.
Suppliers are independent professionals. They are responsible for their own qualifications, insurance, and the quality of treatments provided. Wellsthetiq does not employ suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Wellsthetiq's liability is limited to the value of the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
